The Home Appliances Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales, developing new customer relationships, and promoting the company's range of home and kitchen appliances. The role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, presenting suitable products, and ensuring customer satisfaction to achieve revenue targets.
Promote and sell the company's range of home appliances (e.g., refrigerators, washing machines, music system, microwaves, air conditioners, etc.) to retail and institutional customers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key retail partners.
Conduct regular market visits to assess product performance, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and follow-ups using CRM or reporting tools.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns, product launches, and trade shows.
Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Keep up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and industry trends.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage client relationships.
Good presentation and product demonstration skills.
