Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Greet walk-in customers and assist them in identifying suitable home appliance products (TVs, refrigerators, washing machines, ACs, etc.) Understand customer needs and provide detailed product information, comparisons, and demonstrations Drive sales targets for daily, weekly, and monthly goals Maintain stock display standards and ensure product visibility Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers Coordinate with backend/inventory team for product availability and order processing Explain warranty, EMI, and other promotional offers Manage customer complaints and provide appropriate resolutions Keep updated with product features and competitors' offerings
