About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced professionals to join our Holiday Packages team. This is a night shift role ideal for candidates with prior experience in travel, customer service, or holiday package sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries related to holiday packages Provide accurate information and assist with bookings Manage calls, emails, and chat support during night shift Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely and professional responses Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service

Requirements:

1 to 3 years of relevant experience (Travel / Holiday Packages / Customer Support) Strong communication skills Ability to work in night shift Immediate joiners highly preferred Knowledge of travel platforms or CRM tools is an advantage
