Role Overview:

As a Holidays Operations Intern, you will assist our travel operations team in planning, coordinating, and managing domestic and international holiday packages. You'll gain hands-on experience in the backend functioning of the travel industry and play a key role in delivering smooth travel experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in designing and customising travel itineraries Coordinate with hotels, transport vendors, and activity providers Help manage bookings, confirmations, and pre-departure checklists Support the team in handling customer queries and changes Maintain package data and update CRM systems Assist in quality checks and post-travel follow-ups Research for destination-specific attractions and travel trends
