Holiday Sales Manager

Job Summary:



The Holiday Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for the company's holiday and travel packages. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, coordinating with travel partners, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The position requires a proactive individual with strong sales skills, destination knowledge, and the ability to meet targets in a competitive travel market.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets for holiday packages (domestic and international). Identify and pursue new business opportunities through B2B and B2C channels. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, travel agents, and corporate partners. Coordinate with operations, ticketing, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of holiday plans. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine offerings. Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and bookings with professionalism and promptness. Conduct sales presentations and attend travel fairs/exhibitions to promote packages. Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and key account updates. Train and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and group targets. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence throughout the sales process.

Qualifications and Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 10 years of experience in holiday or travel sales (preferably with a tour operator or travel agency). Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations, holiday packages, and travel trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Flexibility to travel and work extended hours during peak seasons.
