Develop and manage relationships with HR, employee benefit teams, and corporate decision-makers to drive holiday travel offerings for their employees.
Design and execute tailored domestic and international holiday packages, exclusive employee offers, and seasonal travel deals.
Lead end-to-end B2E campaign execution--from onboarding corporate partners to post-trip feedback.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create B2E-focused campaigns, employee engagement content, and promotional materials.
Drive holiday sales through employee engagement activities like webinars, travel fairs, and on-site/off-site events.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities (travel insurance, forex, visa, etc.) to maximize revenue per client.
Maintain a sales pipeline, report performance metrics, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Coordinate with internal travel consultants, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving employee travel preferences.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, or any related field.
4+ years of experience in holiday/travel sales, preferably in a B2E, B2B, or corporate sales role.
Strong network in corporate HR/employee engagement circles is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Deep knowledge of domestic and international holiday packages.
Ability to manage multiple accounts, campaigns, and client relationships simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and reporting software
