Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients in international markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Advise clients on destinations, cultures, customs, weather conditions, and available activities.
Process bookings, collect payments, and handle applicable fees.
Manage travel issues, including conflicts, complaints, cancellations, and refunds.
Promote and sell travel packages and services tailored to specific markets.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve set revenue targets.
Represent the company at international travel fairs, BTL activities, and tourism events.
Stay informed on international travel trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns promptly.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree (any stream). MBA from Tourism & Travel Management is a Plus.
Min 2 Yrs Experience is must
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
Passion for travel and tourism
Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet usage
