Job Summary
We are looking for a
Holiday Sales Executive (Outbound)
to drive sales through
outbound calling and lead generation
. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, pitching Stayroute Holidays' offerings, and
achieving assigned sales targets
through consistent follow-ups and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
Make
outbound calls
to potential customers using Stayroute Holidays' data
Generate and qualify leads for
holiday packages
Pitch destinations, holiday concepts, and offers confidently
Understand customer requirements, travel preferences, and budget
Share quotations and package details via
WhatsApp / Email
Perform regular follow-ups to
close sales and meet monthly targets
Update call status, leads, and conversions in
Excel / CRM
Build trust and maintain professional customer communication
Handover confirmed bookings to the internal operations team
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
12th / Graduation
(any stream)
0-2 years experience in
outbound sales / telecalling
(Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)* Good communication skills in
English & regional language
Comfortable with daily calling targets and sales pressure
Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, Email, Excel)
Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented mindset
Salary & Benefits
Salary:
?9,000 - ?12,000 per month
