We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Holiday Sales Executive to join our travel team. The role involves promoting and selling holiday packages, understanding customer requirements, and providing customized travel solutions. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, sales ability, and knowledge of domestic & international holiday destinations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound holiday sales inquiries.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable holiday packages.
Create customized itineraries and quotations.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high conversion rates.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and offers.
Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience in holiday sales/travel process.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Knowledge of holiday destinations and travel products.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Proficiency in MS Office, GDS/CRM tools is a plus.
