Job Description

The Holiday Advisor is responsible for recommending, planning, and booking holiday packages for clients. The role involves understanding customer preferences, creating tailored itineraries, handling travel bookings, and ensuring excellent customer service from enquiry to post-travel support.

1. Client Consultation & Holiday Planning



Understand customer needs, budget, travel dates, and preferences. Recommend the best domestic & international holiday packages. Create customised itineraries covering flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, and experiences. Provide accurate information on destinations, weather, visas, and travel guidelines.

2. Package Sales & Conversions



Respond to leads promptly via calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Explain package inclusions, exclusions, upgrades, and pricing. Upsell add-ons such as travel insurance, activities, room upgrades, etc. Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

3. Booking & Operations



Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and suppliers to confirm bookings. Manage booking changes, cancellations, and refunds as per policy. Ensure all bookings are accurate and delivered on time. Handle voucher creation, itinerary confirmation, and final travel documents.

4. Customer Service



Provide end-to-end support before, during, and after travel. Assist clients with travel queries, emergencies, or itinerary changes. Maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
