KeyTerns is an Experiential Travel firm focussing on Unique Stays, Niche Experiences and Themed Travel Packages primarily across India and globally. We are looking for someone who is communicative, customer focused, energetic and enthusiastic with minimum of one year of customer handing experience to do the following.1. Responding to Customer inquiries through CRM / Email / WhatsApp / other Channels on a daily basis with quotes.2. Coordinating with suppliers (like Hotels, Experience Providers, Travel B2B Operators, etc.), getting and quote and availability3. Ensuring that Customer pays into our Bank account through Payment Gateway or Direct Transfer and sharing confirmation voucher, receipt, invoice, etc.4. Supporting Customers during the travel over phone if required and collecting the feedback post travel.5.
