We're seeking an experienced Holiday Packages & Visa Consultant to manage and promote our holiday packages, create customized travel itineraries, and handle visa applications. If you have a passion for travel and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Manage and promote domestic and international holiday packages
- Create customized travel itineraries for clients and downstream agents
- Handle inbound and outgoing calls to convert leads into sales
- Ensure timely bookings, arrangements, hotel bookings, and confirmations
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer preferences
- Respond to travel-related queries and provide excellent customer service
- Promote visa services and assist clients through the visa application process
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Collaborate with other sales representatives to meet quotas and company standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in travel planning, holiday package management, or a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of top travel destinations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple holiday packages simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
