Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for domestic and international holiday packages.
Design, customize, and sell travel itineraries/packages as per client requirements.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of at least
5+ key destinations
including
Vietnam, Bali, Singapore, Thailand, and Dubai
.
Achieve monthly sales targets through effective conversion and up selling.
Build strong client relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
Stay updated with travel trends, visa requirements, and seasonal offers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
1-5 years of experience
in selling holiday packages (domestic & international).
Strong destination knowledge of
Singapore, Vietnam, Bali, Thailand, and Dubai
.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in itinerary building, costing, and preparing quotations.
Hands-on experience with travel CRM/booking systems.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for travel.
