in travel sales or tourism. The ideal candidate will help customers plan their dream vacations by recommending the best packages, handling inquiries, and closing sales.
Responsibilities:
Promote and sell domestic & international holiday packages to individual and corporate clients.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
Prepare customized itineraries based on client preferences and budgets.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations, pricing, and visa requirements.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in travel agency, tour operations, or sales of holiday packages.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems (if applicable).
Passion for travel and customer service.
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
