Require Holiday Package Sales Executive (outbound Calls) for Thomascook Ltd in Lowerparel

JOB DETAILS

Make outbound calls to prospective customers who have shown interest in our services.

Provide detailed information on various holiday packages, tailoring them to the customer's preferences. Achieve sales targets by closing deals on holiday packages. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth booking and travel arrangements.
Requirements:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or e-business roles. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport quickly with customers. Strong understanding of social media and website interaction analytics.
