Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound travel leads (B2C & B2B) via email, WhatsApp, and calls.
Understand client requirements and create customized itineraries and quotations.
Negotiate and finalize bookings with hotels, DMCs, and other suppliers.
Convert inquiries into confirmed sales with excellent communication and follow-ups.
Maintain lead status updates in CRM and ensure timely post-booking support.
Stay updated with ongoing promotions, visa requirements, and travel trends.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum
1-3 years
of experience in selling domestic & international holiday packages.
Strong destination knowledge -- especially

Excellent communication (English & Hindi), negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools.
Strong customer relationship and follow-up attitude.
