Key Responsibilities:
Design customized domestic and international holiday packages based on client requirements
Handle inquiries via calls, emails, or walk-ins with professionalism and accuracy
Prepare detailed itineraries including flights, hotels, sightseeing, and transfers
Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and local agents for the best rates and services
Provide clients with travel-related information, including visa guidance and travel tips
Process bookings, confirmations, invoicing, and post-sales support
Maintain strong follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Stay updated on travel trends, deals, and new destinations
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar role in the travel & tourism industry
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Good knowledge of global destinations, especially trending holiday spots
Familiarity with hotel/flight booking platforms and travel CRM tools
Ability to handle multiple clients and manage workload efficiently
Target-driven with strong sales and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
