Travel Bell is seeking a passionate and experienced Holiday Expert to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of domestic and international holiday packages, excellent customer handling skills, and the ability to curate customized travel itineraries that deliver memorable experiences to clients. Key Responsibilities
Design, plan, and sell domestic & international holiday packages.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable travel solutions.
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and vendors for bookings and confirmations.
Create customized itineraries including sightseeing, transfers, and activities.
Manage end-to-end travel arrangements and resolve client queries.
Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and seasonal offers.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service. Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in holiday package sales/planning in a travel agency.
Strong knowledge of popular domestic and international tourist destinations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to prepare attractive proposals and costings.
Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking tools.
