Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential customers via outbound calls, introducing them to exclusive holiday and cruise packages. Understand customer travel preferences and recommend tailored vacation solutions. Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Create detailed travel itineraries and manage both domestic and international travel packages. Demonstrate expertise in handling cruise and land-based holiday packages.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong voice modulation, clarity, and ability to handle pressure effectively. Persuasive with strong negotiation skills. Target-driven and result-oriented approach. Prior experience in making itineraries and managing both domestic and international travel packages is essential. Experience with cruise and land package planning is highly preferred. Previous sales experience in the travel or holiday packages industry is highly preferred
