We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused
FIT Staff
member to join our dynamic travel team. The ideal candidate will handle customized travel requirements for individual clients, ensuring a seamless and memorable travel experience from enquiry to completion of the trip.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end FIT travel arrangements including itinerary planning, costing, and booking.
Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and special requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, airlines, and service providers for reservations and confirmations.
Provide detailed travel documentation (vouchers, tickets, itineraries) to clients.
Ensure timely follow-up with clients for feedback and service quality improvement.
Handle amendments, cancellations, and special requests professionally.
Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.
Maintain accurate records of all bookings and transactions.
Requirements
Minimum
1 year of experience
in FIT operations in the travel industry.
Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations, hotels, and packages.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
