We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused
Holiday Executive - Operations
to join our travel operations team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end holiday package execution, coordinate with vendors and clients, ensure seamless service delivery, and resolve any on-trip issues. This role requires strong organizational skills, destination knowledge, and a passion for delivering memorable travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle the complete booking process for domestic and international holiday packages, including flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, and insurance.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (hotels, transport providers, tour guides, DMCs) to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Assist customers with itinerary planning, customization, and documentation requirements (visas, insurance, etc.).
Monitor bookings and ensure timely confirmations, payments, and voucher issuance.
Manage customer queries and handle escalations before, during, and after the trip.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, customer details, and feedback.
Optimize operational processes to enhance customer satisfaction and cost-efficiency.
Stay updated on destination trends, seasonal offers, and travel advisories.
Support the sales team with product knowledge and operational feasibility of holiday packages.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
1-5 years of experience in travel operations, preferably in holiday package handling.
Familiarity with B2C/B2B holiday packages, DMC coordination, and online booking tools (Amadeus, Galileo, etc.) is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
