? Handle high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) with a professional and customer-first approach that aligns with Cordelia Cruises' luxury service standards.
? Maintain a polished, professional, and structured approach in all interactions.
? Adhere to high call quality standards, ensuring clear, confident, and persuasive communication.
? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
? Track sales performance and conversion metrics.
? Stay updated on cruise schedules, promotions, and competitor trends.
