Job Description
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce Cordelia Cruises and generate interest.- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to prospects.- Identify and understand customer needs, and tailor solutions to match their requirements.- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products and services to address customer inquiries. - Utilize strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close sales and meet or exceed sales.- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.- Collaborate with team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices for achieving sales goals.- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to better position our products/services.- Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase.- Continuously improve sales techniques through ongoing training and self-development.- Provide regular reports on call outcomes, sales conversions, and key performance indicators.- Maintain professionalism, positivity, and a customer-centric approach in all interactions.- Maintain a strong understanding of our products, services, and industry trends to position them effectively (ref:updazz.com)
