We are hiring a holiday consultant .As a Holiday Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients with holiday packages, ticket sales, customer inquiries, and ensuring a smooth travel booking process. Job Responsibilities:
Assist customers in planning domestic and international holidays. Provide detailed information on travel packages, destinations, visas, and ticketing services. Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins. Suggest suitable holiday options based on client needs and budget. Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and suppliers for bookings. Maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
Ticket Sales & Support: Manage ticket sales, process bookings, and resolve customer queries. Ticket Distribution: Ensure customers receive tickets promptly (physical or electronic). Inventory Management: Monitor ticket inventory, track numbering, and order new tickets as required. Ensure a smooth, efficient, and customer-friendly ticketing process. Requirements: Graduate in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / related field preferred. 2-3 years of relevant experience (holiday planning + ticketing). Strong knowledge of holiday packages, flights, and visa processes. Familiarity with ticketing software / GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.) is an advantage. Excellent communication & customer service skills. Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
