Responsibilities:

Client Management:

Plan and assist with clients' travel preferences, creating tailored itineraries based on their budgets.

Service Organization:

Manage end-to-end travel services, including booking tickets, accommodations, medical needs, and transportation.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of payments, invoices, and travel bookings.

Research:

Investigate various destinations and travel options regarding prices, customs, weather, and reviews.

Advisory:

Analyze client specifications and suggest suitable travel packages or services.

Travel Coordination:

Organize travel plans from start to finish, including tickets, accommodations, and rental transportation.

Information Supply:

Provide clients with essential travel information and materials (guides, maps, event programs).

Financial Management:

Collect deposits, balance payments, and maintain financial records.

Promotion:

Utilize promotional techniques and materials to sell tour packages.

Problem Solving:

Address unforeseen issues and complaints, determining eligibility for refunds.

Industry Engagement:

Attend conferences to stay updated on tourism trends.

Relationship Management:

Maintain relationships with key contacts and stakeholders.

Revenue Goals:

Achieve revenue and profit targets through effective sales and service strategies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Holiday Consultant Strong knowledge of travel destinations and trends. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in travel booking systems and software. Strong customer service orientation. Strong Communication Skill

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,600.00 per month
