Key Responsibilities:
Interact with walk-in and online customers to understand travel needs and budgets.
Design and sell customized holiday packages (flights, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, insurance, etc.).
Provide destination advice and manage documentation or visa coordination.
Liaise with airlines, hotels, and suppliers to confirm bookings.
Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after travel.
Maintain customer records and achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Business
or related field.
1-3 years
of experience in B2C travel sales or holiday consulting.
Strong destination knowledge and communication skills.
