Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Holiday Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in creating, promoting, and selling holiday packages while developing strong communication and sales skills. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in understanding client requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages. Support in creating customized holiday packages, including flights, accommodations, and excursions. Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding travel destinations, travel advisories, and visa requirements. Develop strong communication and sales techniques to effectively promote holiday packages. Maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Coordinate with senior consultants and vendors to confirm bookings and resolve issues. Process payments and manage booking documentation under supervision. Stay updated on travel industry trends, seasonal offers, and new destinations. Assist in achieving sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred). 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or travel consultancy (preferred but not required). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office. Passion for travel and eagerness to learn.
