Handle B2B travel inquiries from corporate clients, partner agents, and affiliates.
Design and sell tailor-made holiday packages, including flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, and travel insurance.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B partners by offering responsive and solution-oriented service.
Prepare competitive quotations and itineraries tailored to client and partner needs.
Ensure smooth coordination and booking execution by working with suppliers, vendors, and internal operations teams.
Monitor booking status, follow up with partners, and provide regular updates.
Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, bookings, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Stay informed about global travel trends, airline deals, hotel contracts, and destination updates.
Work towards meeting monthly sales targets and support business growth initiatives.
Handle post-booking service requests, amendments, or complaints professionally.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or any related field.
1-3 years of experience in holiday/travel sales, with a focus on B2B or channel sales.
Knowledge of global destinations, hotel and airline booking platforms (GDS/OTA/DMCs).
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English; additional language(s) is a plus.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
Proficiency in using travel CRM, booking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
