We are seeking a passionate Training and Development Manager to support the growth and development of our Sales team. You will play a crucial role in helping individuals enhance their skills and knowledge.Roles & Responsibilities :- Manage the on-boarding process for restaurants in a structured and timely manner.- Ensure that the information related to restaurants is accurate and updated on the system.- Ensure a high quality recommended menu, working with restaurants to ensure sufficient photos, menu completion, ensure price parity etc.- Timely escalation of issues that could impact partner experience (Eg. Delayed revisions, etc.)- On-boarding of newly launched restaurants - specifically ensuring completion of needed OB details, menu collection, ensuring sanity checks, mystery shopping to ensure no hiked prices, etc.Requirements & Skills- Proven experience as a Training & Development Manager or similar.- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.- Experience in project management and budgeting.- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen.- Ability to build rapport with team members, customers & clients.- Fluency in English & Hindi and any one local language(Kannada, Tamil etc..)6 months to 1.5 years of experience.
