Managing workload and time without compromising teaching-learning quality and productivity Implementation of NEP2020, Skills and competencies in the teaching-learning process Ensuring academic excellence through promotion of teaching-learning and progressive pedagogical practices, development of innovative student-centric pedagogies and their smooth implementation at the ground level in line with NEP2020 & NCF Aligning self with the existing progressive pedagogical practices, tools and technologies Establishing systems, processes and policies and orienting team for adherence of the same Excellent inter-personal, IT & Communication Skills Promoting independent and team research work Expected Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
