Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years of HOD Experience
Total years of Experience: 10 to 15 years

Qualification and Skills:

Should preferably hold a Ph.D. in relevant subject

Strong leadership and management skills

Excellent problem-solving abilities

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects

Attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department

Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency

Manage and resolve operational issues and challenges

Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures

Monitor and analyze department performance metrics

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow

Train and supervise department staff
