Hiring HOD- Engineering and HVAC Solutions

Take complete ownership of project lifecycle from planning to handover, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Prepare BOQs, plan material, and coordinate procurement for projects. Manage project and service teams, including assigning daily tasks, monitoring progress, and motivating performance. Outsource, align, and manage vendors and contractors for project execution and after-sales service. Oversee installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of refrigeration units and cold storage systems (Freon/Ammonia). Conduct engineering drawing reviews, system testing, and problem-solving at client sites. Prepare detailed project plans including site feasibility, team deployment, travel, and accommodation arrangements. Ensure multiple project handling with high-quality workmanship and client satisfaction. Lead service operations (AMC & paid services), ensuring timely resolution of client issues. Develop SOPs for service activities and ensure safety compliance on all projects. Drive revenue generation through project execution and service delivery. Collaborate with sales and technical teams for smooth transition from sales to execution. Identify and develop vendor networks across India for projects and after-sales services. Provide technical support to project/service teams during execution at sites. Plan, train, and onboard new team members to strengthen project and service capability. Track financials - budgeting, invoice verification, payment collection, cost control, and profitability analysis.Qualifications*

B.Tech / M.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent
