Role & Responsibilities
\xc2\xb7 \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan resources for timely completion of projects and in given price targets.
\xc2\xb7 \xe2\x80\xa2 Exposure to Flyback , Half Bridge and LLC topologies ) ,
\xc2\xb7 \xe2\x80\xa2 To have a Road Map for new product roll out and strategy for price reduction / value
\xc2\xb7engineering of existing products.
\xc2\xb7 \xe2\x80\xa2 To streamline the documentation flow within and outside R&D.
\xc2\xb7Duties & Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7 \xe2\x80\xa2 Getting market awareness and evaluating similar products from market.
\xc2\xb7 \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborating with the engineering and marketing department on product feasibility
\xc2\xb7study ,field rejections and production issues .
\xc2\xb7Inter-personal Skills required:
\xc2\xb7A Good Team Leader .
\xc2\xb7 \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be self-starter and multi-task oriented.
\xc2\xb7 \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication skills (listening, written and verbal) as well as interpersonal.
\xc2\xb7 \xe2\x80\xa2 Be aggressive towards work, positive working attitude and good presentation skill.

Desired Years of Experience
5 years in field of EV Chargers or > 10 years in Power supplies and atleast 3 years in EV Chargers .
