to lead our Management Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for academic leadership, faculty management, curriculum development, and ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide academic and administrative leadership to the Management Department.
Plan, develop, and implement curriculum as per university/industry standards.
Monitor faculty performance and conduct regular reviews and mentoring.
Promote research, innovation, and professional development among faculty.
Coordinate with senior management on academic planning and policy implementation.
Oversee student performance, discipline, and overall academic progress.
Prepare departmental reports, budgets, and academic documentation.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Educational Qualification: MCA or M.Com (Mandatory).
Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of teaching/academic experience, including leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of management principles, academic administration, and curriculum design.
