Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced

Head of Jewellery Design Department

to lead our CAD & design team. The ideal candidate must be creative, technically strong, and able to manage the entire design workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Jewellery design team (CAD & sketch designers). Allocate daily tasks and ensure timely delivery of designs. Review and approve CAD designs, sketches, and renders. Create new design concepts based on trends and company requirements. Coordinate with Production and QC teams for design feasibility and corrections. Maintain accuracy in design structure, weight, and costing.

Requirements:

Expert in Matrix software (mandatory).

7-10+ years of experience in Jewellery design. Strong knowledge of diamond Jewellery software like Matrix. Team-handling and leadership experience. Strong creativity and technical understanding.

Job Timing: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Day shift)

Salary Range: ₹50,000 - ?60,000 per month (Negotiable for right candidate)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
