We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of English Department to lead and inspire our team of educators. The ideal candidate will oversee curriculum planning, foster academic excellence, mentor staff, and ensure high standards of teaching and learning in the English department.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the English department effectively Design and implement engaging and innovative curriculum Support teacher development through training and mentoring Monitor student performance and support academic success Collaborate with school leadership on policy and planning

Qualifications:

Proven experience in teaching and academic leadership Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong leadership and team management abilities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Sikar, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
