We are looking for a high minded energetic HOD Cum Faculty Logistics and Supply Chain Training plays a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of education, training, and industry alignment. Here are the key requirements for the position

1. Educational Qualifications

Master's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related fields.
2. Industry Experience

8-10+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related roles. Proven track record of leadership in logistics operations, planning, procurement, or warehousing. Exposure to global logistics practices, ERP systems, and modern SCM tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle SCM).
3. Skills & Competencies

Leadership and team management skills to lead faculty and trainers. Strategic thinking to align courses with current and future industry trends. Communication skills for stakeholder management (students, industry partners, etc.). Analytical skills to evaluate program outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
4. Responsibilities

Develop and update curriculum based on industry trends and standards. Oversee faculty development, and performance. Build industry partnerships for internships, placements, and guest lectures. Monitor and improve training effectiveness and student outcomes
