2. To do the Interpretation of results in clinical chemistry, Immunoassay, Urine chemistry.
3. Advisory role in Adult and Paediatric clinical chemistry, Immunoassay, metabolic testing.
4. Advisory role for Therapeutic drug monitoring, critical area testing and Interpretation.
5. To monitor the direction of Method, Selection and Validation of tests.
6. To Validation and Approval for new equipment, method, testing facilities.
7. Direction of total quality management inside the Biochemistry laboratory.
8. Direction of biochemistry department.
9. Direction of POCT testing services.
10. To do interpretation and advisory role on prenatal, Neonatal screening tests.
11. To Selection and Interpretation of outsourced testing.
12. To monitoring the outsourced tests.
13. Overseas the operation of Biochemistry laboratory.
14. Ensures the employment of competent personnel for testing.
15. Ensures the safety and quality inside the laboratory.
16. Update the staffs with technical information have and evaluate them periodically.
17. Collects feedbacks and resolves complaints arising from treating doctors and patients.
