Provide advisory on market conditions, investments, and financial planning.
Portfolio & Service Management:
Manage a portfolio of HNI clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
Offer comprehensive banking/financial solutions (360-degree approach).
Ensure seamless after-sales service, often collaborating with CRM/internal teams.
Reporting & Strategy:
Maintain detailed records in CRM and provide regular sales reports.
Collaborate with marketing for events and campaigns.
Stay updated on market trends, destinations (for travel), or property markets.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
Proven track record in HNI sales, wealth management, luxury retail, or real estate, with experience in managing AUM/client portfolios.
Skills:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of relevant markets (real estate, luxury, finance).
Attributes:

Education:
