Key Responsibilities
Meet existing and potential HNI clients in person to understand their investment goals, financial needs, and preferences.
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with HNI clients through regular follow-ups and high-quality service.
Educate clients about trading investment products, mutual funds, Insurance and more including features and benefits.
Provide personalized investment recommendations aligned with each client's financial objectives and risk profile.
Assist clients in opening, managing, and maintaining their trading, investment products and mutual funds accounts.
Proactively approach new prospects, promote relevant investment offerings, and cross-sell company products to generate business.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries and ensure smooth service delivery.
Stay updated on financial markets, fund performance, and regulatory changes to offer informed guidance to clients.
Consistently achieve monthly sales targets, activity goals, and other performance metrics.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or any related field (Freshers encouraged to apply).
Prior experience in sales or client relationship management--especially in stockbroking or financial services--is an advantage but not mandatory.
Understanding of mutual funds, stock market products, and investment concepts is a plus.
Strong communication skills with proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
Outgoing, social personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
Proactive, eager to learn, and motivated to grow in a target-driven environment.
Comfortable with field work and meeting clients regularly.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field.
Previous experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in the stock broking industry.
Knowledge of mutual funds, investment products and other stock market products would be beneficial
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
