Job Description

Setter :

Set up and operate VMC / CNC machines as per drawings and process sheets Load fixtures, tools, and set work & tool offsets Conduct trial runs and ensure first-off component approval Monitor machining process to meet quality and productivity targets Read and interpret engineering drawings and tolerances Read and interpret

engineering drawings, GD&T, and process sheets

Troubleshoot basic machining and tooling issues Follow safety norms, 5S, and shop floor discipline Support production and continuous improvement activities

Operator :

Operate VMC / CNC machines as per work instructions Load and unload components and tools safely Perform in-process inspection using measuring instruments Ensure parts meet quality and dimensional requirements Read and interpret

engineering drawings, GD&T, and process sheets

Monitor machine operation and report abnormalities Maintain production records and output details Follow safety guidelines, 5S, and shop floor discipline Support production targets and team activities
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
