Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced

HMC Operator

to operate and maintain Horizontal Machining Center machines to produce precision components as per engineering drawings and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate HMC machines for machining components accurately Read and understand engineering drawings and process sheets Load and unload components using fixtures, pallets, or cranes Set tools, offsets, and monitor machining operations Perform in-process inspection using measuring instruments Ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish Detect and correct minor machining issues Maintain machine cleanliness and carry out basic maintenance Follow safety, quality, and production guidelines

Qualifications & Experience:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant trade 2+ years of experience as an HMC Operator Knowledge of CNC controls (Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi) Experience with pallet changers and multi-face machining preferred Familiarity with cutting tools and tooling systems

Required Skills:

HMC machine operation Drawing reading Measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge) Attention to detail and problem-solving Ability to work in shifts
