Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HMC / VMC / VTL CAM Programmer . The candidate will be responsible for programming CNC machines using CAM software, optimizing machining processes, and ensuring high-quality output according to engineering drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and modify CNC programs for HMC, VMC, and VTL machines using CAM software (e.g., Mastercam / NX / Fusion 360 / SolidCAM).

Select tools, speeds, and feeds for efficient machining.

Verify programs through simulation and dry runs.

Troubleshoot and optimize machining processes for productivity and accuracy.

Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure correct part geometry and quality.

Maintain records of programs and setup sheets.

Required Skills & Experience:

Diploma / ITI / BE in Mechanical or Production Engineering.

Minimum 2-5 years experience in CAM programming for HMC / VMC / VTL.

Hands-on knowledge of CNC machine operation and G-codes.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Experience with precision component machining preferred.

Salary: ₹20000 - ₹45000 per month (based on experience)
