Key Responsibilities:

• HMC Operation: Operate and manage Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC) to perform precision machining tasks on casting components.
• System Management: Utilize Fanuc and Delta operating systems to control and monitor machine functions.
• Quality Control: Inspect and ensure the accuracy and quality of finished products, adhering to company standards.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on HMC machines and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of machine operations, maintenance activities, and production reports.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to meet production targets and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in operating HMC systems, particularly with Fanuc and Delta controls.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machining processes.
• Ability to perform quality checks and ensure product specifications are met.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues.
