Job Summary: Placement Incharge - Hotel Management

We are looking for a proactive and well-connected

Placement Incharge / Faculty

to manage and facilitate internship and job placement opportunities for students pursuing Hotel Management. The ideal candidate should be a

Hotel Management graduate

with

at least supervisory-level industry experience

in a

category hotel

. A strong understanding of hospitality operations and good industry networking is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitality organizations for student placements (internships & jobs). Make calls to alumni for Placement Co-ordination. Manage Placement Groups of Students and Alumni. Coordinate campus interviews, industry visits, and guest lectures. Guide and mentor students on career planning, resume writing, interview preparation, and soft skills. Track placement progress and maintain placement records. Liaise with faculty and the academic team to align student skills with industry needs.

Qualifications:

Graduate in Hotel Management (mandatory). Minimum of 3 years industry experience. Strong interpersonal, networking, and communication skills. Knowledge of current hospitality industry trends and recruitment practices. Passion for student development and institutional growth.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
