Job Summary:

The Housekeeping Supervisor ensures that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet resort standards. This role involves supervising housekeeping staff, monitoring daily operations, and ensuring high levels of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise housekeeping staff and assign daily tasks for rooms and public areas. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and service areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards. Coordinate with the front office for room status updates and priorities. Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping attendants to maintain resort quality standards. Manage housekeeping supplies and linen inventory; raise requisitions as needed. Monitor and ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols. Report maintenance issues to the engineering department promptly. Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner. Prepare daily work reports and maintain housekeeping records. Ensure lost and found items are properly logged and stored.
Qualifications :

1. Educational Background (any of the following):

10th or 12th pass (minimum) Diploma or Certificate in Housekeeping / Hotel Management (preferred but not mandatory if experienced)
2. Work Experience:

3-5 years in housekeeping operations 1-2 years as a Senior Housekeeping Staff or Team Leader Prior supervisory experience is strongly preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
