Yoda Diagnostic Corporate Office is hiring Sr Technician - 5-10 years in Histopathology Laboratory

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Senior Histopathology Technician

to manage end-to-end histopathology laboratory operations, ensure high-quality slide preparation, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and support accurate and timely diagnostic reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee complete histopathology workflow including specimen reception, fixation, processing, embedding, microtomy, staining (H&E and special stains), and slide preparation Perform and supervise grossing assistance and ensure proper tissue handling Ensure accuracy in labeling, documentation, and traceability of specimens Maintain and monitor turnaround times (TAT) and quality benchmarks Ensure strict adherence to NABL / NABH guidelines and laboratory SOPs Handle advanced histopathology techniques and special stains as required Supervise and mentor junior technicians and support staff Monitor reagent preparation, equipment maintenance, and inventory control Ensure biosafety, infection control, and biomedical waste management compliance Support internal and external audits and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications:

DMLT / BMLT (mandatory) Specialized training or certification in Histopathology preferred
Skills & Competencies:

Strong hands-on expertise in histopathology techniques Thorough knowledge of laboratory quality systems and compliance Leadership and team management skills High attention to detail and problem-solving ability Ability to work independently and manage lab operations efficiently

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
