We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter with strong coordination experience to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support HR operations. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, interview scheduling, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles (sourcing ? screening ? interviews ? offer ? onboarding).
Source candidates using Job Portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), internal databases, referrals, and social media.
Conduct initial screening, shortlist profiles, and evaluate candidate fitment.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and role expectations.
Schedule and manage interviews (telephonic, virtual, F2F).
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to maintain engagement.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and weekly dashboards.
Support onboarding activities including documentation, offer letter release, and joining coordination.
Coordinate with different departments (HR, Operations, Training, Admin) for seamless hiring.
Manage candidate communication, interview invitations, confirmations, and rescheduling.
Maintain recruitment SLAs, TAT, and ensure timely closure of positions.
Support HR team in employee documentation, background verification (BGV), and induction activities.
Maintain HR databases, spreadsheets, and applicant records.
Ensure compliance with organizational hiring policies.
Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS/HRMS.

Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
Excellent coordination and follow-up capabilities.
Stakeholder management experience.
Multitasking and time-management skills.
Familiarity with HR tools like ATS, HRMS, Excel, Google Sheets.
Understanding of basic HR processes (onboarding, BGV, documentation).
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration or related field.
1-4 years of experience in Recruitment & HR Coordination.
Experience in ITES/Corporate recruitment is an advantage.
