Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled

Data Entry Operator

with good computer literacy and a basic understanding of billing and taxation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, entering data efficiently, and supporting our administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update data into computer systems accurately and on time Prepare and maintain billing records and related documentation Assist with basic accounting entries and tax-related documentation Ensure data integrity and confidentiality Organize and store data in appropriate formats and systems Perform regular backups and data validation checks Support the administrative team with day-to-day tasks

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10+2; a diploma or degree is preferred Good knowledge of computers, including MS Excel and Word Basic understanding of billing, invoicing, and taxation concepts Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Benefits:

Salary: ?10,000 - ?13,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
