As a Field Sales Representative specializing in Home Loan and LAP cases, your primary role will be to establish and maintain partnerships with builders for loan product tie-ups. You will be responsible for sourcing client files, with a focus on Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) cases. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the real estate market, be proficient in basic English, and possess strong communication skills in Hindi and Marathi.
Key Responsibilities: * Cultivate and nurture relationships with builders to facilitate tie-ups for loan products.
- Source and compile client files, with a specialization in Home Loan and LAP cases.
- Conduct market research to identify potential builder partnerships and client leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective relationship management.
- Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding loan products and processes.
- Specialization in Home Loan and LAP cases is a must.
- Basic proficiency in English; strong communication skills in Hindi and Marathi.
- Knowledge of the real estate market and understanding of loan application processes.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
